Retailer lists for North America and Australia were described as coming soon in the April 2026 physical-edition post. No store-by-store list was copied here. A wishlist page exists for the remasters, which is a different product.

Not on 28 Oct 2026. Stormind dates that version, including the physical deluxe, to 3 Dec 2026.
What time did stores unlock?
No official timezone or clock time was published in the sources checked. This page does not invent one.
Is cloud play the same as Game Pass?
No. The launch post lists Xbox Cloud Gaming. It does not say the game is in Game Pass.
