I almost wrote “free upgrade” the way the old keyword notes did. The news post has a clock on it. Seven days, digital only. That sentence changed the buy page too.
Platforms named in the posts
Tormented Fathers Remastered and Broken Porcelain Remastered are listed for PC, PS5, Xbox Series, and Switch 2. Wishlist links exist for Steam, PlayStation, Xbox, and Switch 2. Epic and GOG were marked coming soon on the wishlist page.
A KitGuru report repeats the seven-day rule. It is a second outlet, not a new term.
Questions
Is the upgrade free for everyone?
No. Official posts limit the free claim to digital owners, for seven days after launch, on PlayStation, Xbox, Switch, Steam, GOG, and Epic. Physical and free copies are excluded.
What changes?
The July 2026 post says Unreal Engine 5, Lumen, Nanite, updated characters, UI, and cutscenes, plus bug fixes. It says the gameplay stays the same.
Which date should I trust?
News posts and Wikipedia say Q1 2027. remothered.com/games still says TBA. Both are official surfaces. No day is set.
