Tormented Fathers kitchen puzzle

I wasted a loop treating every “handle” search as the same object. The kitchen one is rusty and loud. The loft one is an umbrella and quiet. Once those names stayed apart, the oven stopped being a dead end.
Steps both guides share
TrueAchievements and the series wiki describe the same sequence for the 2018 game. Prompts change by platform.
- Enter the kitchen from the ground-floor back hallway. The door may still be roped; that rope is a choke point you can leave.
- At the broken shelf, reach for the Rusty Handle. Rosemary cannot get it. The lower shelf collapses and alerts the stalker.
- Hide in the hallway sofa or the basement cupboard until the kitchen search ends.
- Return and pick up the Rusty Handle from the floor.
- Use it on the brick pizza oven around the corner. Moths fly out. Alternate the prompted buttons, open the oven again, and take the film.
- Save at the mirror in the ground-floor back hallway so the film is stored.
Questions
Is the handle inside the oven?
No. The Rusty Handle is on the top shelf. The oven is the second step, after you have the handle.
Is this the umbrella handle?
No. The Old Umbrella Handle is a different item, in the master-bedroom closet, and it opens the loft hatch.
Why did a stalker enter?
The first reach collapses the lower shelf and makes noise. Hide until the search ends, then pick the handle off the floor.
